What is in it

Twelve pages, chosen because they are the ones teachers rebuild by hand every year. Each one has a matching free tool on the site if you would rather generate a filled-in version from your roster.

1. Monthly attendance grid

   Twenty-eight student rows against twenty numbered class days. Marks only the exceptions — absent, tardy, excused, left early — so a month of attendance is readable in one glance instead of a wall of checkmarks. Pairs with the Attendance Sheet Generator.

2. Daily sign-in sheet

   Name, time in, time out, signature. For clubs, practices, tutoring, and field trips — anywhere you might later need to prove who was actually in the room. Pairs with the Sign-in Sheet Generator.

3. Hall passes, six to a page

   Cut-out passes with student, destination, time out, time back, and a teacher line. Print on card stock once and you have a term of them. Pairs with the Hall Pass Generator.

4. Blank seating chart

   A five-by-six grid drawn from where you stand, with the board at the top, so the chart matches what you actually see. Cross out the desks you do not use. Pairs with the Seating Chart Maker.

5. Participation & behavior tally

   One week, five columns, one mark per contribution. The point is not the totals — it is the empty rows, which are the students who have not spoken since Monday and will not volunteer on Friday either. Pairs with the Random Name Picker.

6. Parent contact log

   Date, student, who you spoke to, how, why, and what came of it. Seventeen rows of running record, which is the thing you want to already have when a conversation turns formal.

7. Substitute plan sheet

   The day at a glance, who to ask for help, the things a stranger to your room would not guess, and space for notes back to you. Written to be filled in once and photocopied.

8. Class information card

   Fire exit, muster point, lockdown spot, first aid, students with a medical or access plan, and the daily rules you explain forty times a year. Post it by the door.

9. Three award certificates

10. Weekly planner

Why we ask for an email

Because it is the honest version of the trade. We could put the file behind nothing and get more downloads, and we would learn nothing and never be able to tell you when the next one exists. We could put it behind an account signup, a card, or a "free trial," and we are not going to do that either.
